How do I book?

PLease remember there is a maximum of 25 children and 25 adults. For larger parties please contact us to check availability. Please book at least 10 days before your party.

Once booked, parties may add-on, but pre-booked guests and activities will not be refunded.
What activities will you run for my party?
The specific activities in each package will differ as per the booked package. The campfire party is as described. Adventure parties and little wildlings parties will have party games, a physical challenge, a creative or sensory experience, and an experience we call ‘nature connection’ which will be to do with nature in some way. These are tailored to your party profile for a successful experience - the number of children, their age, the gender of the birthday child and weather conditions on the day will direct our experienced party facilitator’s choices of activities to include. For adventure parties you are able to choose one ‘Your Choice’ activity to personalize your party. On rare occasions due to adverse weather the ‘Your Choice’ activity may need to be switched to an alternative.
Purely Nature Playtime parties are free and easy and self-guided. No facilitation is provided.
What are the party timings?
Up to 30 minutes before: Party family arrives for set-up
Start time to 15 minutes: Window for guest arrival and adventure play
15-75 minutes: Party activities (these may take longer as each group of children are unique)
75-110 minutes: Adventure Play & party food
110-120 minutes: Birthday Cake
120 minutes: Party bags and farewells
120-150 minutes: Add-on extra 30 minutes playtime
Please depart within 15 minutes of your party time ending.
Can we choose our party tent?
At Wildlings West Coast you will have our venue exclusively for you. At Dempsey we have two beautiful and recently improved spaces for parties. If we have two parties at the same timeslot we will allocate the venues based on the party size and the type of party. If we only have one party booked this party will be in Saga Tent.
Do Adults need to attend?
The party parents should attend the party. Children 6yrs and under should have an adult guest allocated to look after them. Wildlings staff will run the party activities and are not responsible for the care of the children.
Can we choose all the party activities?
Our staff are best placed to design and deliver the specific activities for your party programme. You may choose the party type and for adventure parties the Your Choice activity. Please trust us to put together a programme of activities that will work for your party profile.
We don’t want self-guided playtime and time for food and cake, can we have more activities?
Self-guided Nature Playtime is part of our party offering. We guarantee a minimum of 60 minutes of facilitated activities, and a maximum of 75 minutes. We regret we are unable to offer more facilitation than this due to the other work required of staff. There is plenty for the children to play with at Wildlings on a self-guided basis.
What do children do during self-guided playtime?

Can you do joint birthday parties?
Yes As long as the children are close enough in age that the activity programme will be age appropriate for all guests. A two year age gap is a good guide.
Can we bring a piñata?
We’re sorry but these are not allowed. We’ve tried to allow them and multiple times we’ve been left picking up small piece of plastic confetti polluting the environment for months so we can no longer allow these.
What is the check-in procedure?
We ask guests to wait outside the gate until opening time / the start of your party. We may issue wrist bands if we are busy and need to distinguish the party guests from other visitors to Wildlings. We will keep count of the number of children and adults and check numbers with you at some point durign the party when there is a quiet moment.
You do not need to provide a guest list.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes please. we ask all guests to sign our Accompanied Waiver for parties. You can find the waiver here:

Can we book our own external vendors?
External vendors will only be allowed at Dempsey if an exclusive booking is made.
External vendors are allowed at West Coast.
Vendors must be approved and booked through Wildlings.
Can we bring a videographer?
Yes. You may not take videos of our staff without their consent.
Can we take photos / bring a photographer?
Yes. You may not take photos of our staff without their consent.
When can we have the extra 30 minutes of playtime add-on?
Yes! However, please note at DEMPSEY:

The extra time is for PLAYTIME ONLY and does not include an extension of the use of your party tent.

Your Party Tent must still be returned in a clean and presentable condition within 15 minutes of the end of your party.

This is so that we can be ready for our next party guests on time and we appreciate your consideration of the next party family in ensuring that the tent is returned on time to us so that we can prepare it for them.

You may relocate to the picnic benches or central water play area during this time.
Other ways you can extend your party:

Customers with small parties often head to Baker & Cook (Dempsey) for their party food and cake

Rent the West Coast Park Community Hall for extra time as this is a 3hr slot

Head to The bistro at West Coast Park also on the farm for food after your time slot ends to allow for more playtime at Wildlings.
How many guests can we have?
Our standard parties can accommodate 25 children and 25 adults. If you’d like a larger party this is absolutely possible, we’ve had over 100 pax for parties before, however, these take a little more planning and changes to how we deliver activities so please contact us on 8875 5919 (WhatsApp) or email hello@wildlings.sg if you’d like to explore this option.
What should we tell our guests to wear?
For your own comfort, we recommend you and your children wear appropriate clothing for play outdoors in a wild space. This includes;

Closed shoes (required for campfire access)

Mosquito repellant (provided)

Sunscreen (apply in advance)

Hat for sunny days

UV rash vests and water play clothing is also a good choice
We have messy and water play opportunities so please bring a towel and a change of clothes so that your children can indulge their play-urges unrestricted. It is not a requirement that you or your children are dressed like this, just our recommendation (except close toed shoes at the campfire).
Do you provide an invitation?
Yes! We can provide an electronic invitation if you would like one. Please let us know.
Can we decorate?
We provide simple party decorations and our nature space requires very little decoration. You may bring some simple decorations but please ensure you remove them after your party. Latex balloons are not allowed as they are not appropriate for use outdoors (too easy to pop!). You may wish to bring a small number of special foil helium balloons. Balloons with confetti are absolutely forbidden because they can pop and cause plastic pollution which is very hard to clear up. Elaborate decorations are more suited to bookings in the Community Hall at West Coast Park.
Can you keep my cake cold?
We do not have a cooler that would be large enough for most cakes.
Parents have in the past bought cakes in eskies or cool boxes with ice packs and this has worked well. We recommend bringing cake boxes for children to take cakes home as they often do not want to stop playing to eat!
Do you have plates, cups and cutlery?
I am sorry we do not provide these as our largely outdoor venues can not store them.
What about food?
We do not provide food because we do not have a kitchen and F&B license. Therefore you are welcome to bring along your own party food. We recommend keeping it simple as kids don’t actually eat mush at parties and it ‘eats’ into the play time!
Open flames and live cooking stations are not allowed due to the fire safety regulations in our tenancy agreements.
Which marshmallows do you provide?
We usually have rocky mountain which are not vegan, vegetarian or halal, because they taste the best. If you have dietary restrictions to meet we can source halal marshmallows - please let us know.
The vegan marshmallows can be purchased from Marks and Spencers but this isn’t something we do because we can’t guarantee availability for you.
Can we bring alcohol for adults?
Yes no problem. but please only consume this inside your party tent.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If we have bad weather we may change the activity programme and spend more time under shelter or indoors before getting outside.
However, please rest assured that we never cancel parties and we are as prepared as can be for the tropical weather.
