We host parties at two venues: West Coast Park (40 West Coast Ferry Road, 129630): set inside the City Sprouts urban farm, with our 150sqm adventure play garden, 170sqm indoor Eco-Centre and exclusive access to the lawn, farm and Community Pavilion. WCP is comfortable for groups up to 60 — only one party books at a time, so the venue is exclusively yours. For larger or more elaborate parties you can rent the air-conditioned Community Hall (also a great fit for a bouncy castle); see our shop for current pricing. Dempsey (27A Loewen Road, 248839): a private nature space with two exclusive party tents — Saga Tent (63sqm with lightning protection, fans, reconfigurable tables) and Bamboo Tent (boutique outdoor space with retractable all-weather roof, artificial grass floor, fans and shade). We may have more than one party at a time at Dempsey, in which case party tents are allocated based on the size and type of each booking. Booking Dempsey exclusively means you choose your tent.

At Wildlings West Coast Park you have the venue exclusively for your party, so there is no need to choose — the whole space is yours. At Dempsey we have two beautiful party spaces: Saga Tent (a 63sqm tent with lightning protection, fans and reconfigurable tables) and Bamboo Tent (a boutique outdoor space with retractable all-weather roof, artificial grass floor, fans and shade). If we have two parties booked at the same timeslot, we'll allocate the spaces based on the size and type of each party. If you're the only party booked, you'll be in Saga Tent. Both spaces are decorated nicely, with chairs, tables and fans, and are comfortable for your party. If you book Dempsey exclusively, you may choose your tent.

Each party is 2 hours. Here's how it typically runs: Up to 15 minutes before: party family arrives for set-up Start time to 15 minutes in: window for guest arrival and adventure play 15 to 75 minutes: party activities (timing may flex as each group is unique) 75 to 110 minutes: self-guided Nature Playtime and party food 110 to 120 minutes: birthday cake 120 minutes: party bags and farewells 120 to 150 minutes: optional add-on — 30 minutes extra playtime Please depart within 15 minutes of your party time ending so we can prepare for the next party.

We offer pre-party check-in by phone or email up to a week in advance — reach out and we'll confirm your numbers, timings and any add-ons. On the day: Party family can arrive 15 minutes early at Dempsey to set up. We'll try to allow up to 30 minutes depending on how busy we are that day. At West Coast Park, the party family can arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up. Party guests should arrive at the allotted party start time only. We ask guests to wait outside the gate until opening time. We may issue wrist bands if we need to distinguish your party guests from other visitors. We'll keep count of children and adults during the party and check numbers with you at a quiet moment. Party experiences usually start 10 to 15 minutes into the party once most guests have arrived. You don't need to provide us with a guest list.

Parties go ahead in normal wet conditions — Singapore weather is part of the experience. If the weather is bad, we may change the activity programme and spend more time under shelter or indoors before getting outside again. We never cancel parties, and we're as prepared as can be for the tropical weather. Both venues have plenty of shelter: West Coast Park: 170sqm indoor Eco-Centre always available. Dempsey: Saga Tent has lightning protection, Bamboo Tent has a retractable all-weather roof. Please see our venue photos for the weatherproof spaces we have available.

Our base party package includes 10 children and 10 adults. Additional children: Nature Playtime Party $35 +GST Adventure Silver / Little Wildlings $55 +GST Adventure Gold / Laser Tag $69 +GST Additional adults: $10 +GST each. Add extra guests through our shop. We can accommodate up to 25 children for parties. If the total group size exceeds 50 pax at Dempsey, an exclusive venue booking is required, with a minimum spend of $2,000 +GST. At West Coast Park you may have up to 60 pax. For larger groups you can rent the Community Hall for more comfort.

Adults cannot be exchanged for more children under any circumstances. The 10 adults are complimentary. Additional guests are charged at the additional guest price, which can be selected in our shop.

The party parents must attend the party. Wildlings staff run the party activities, but they are not responsible for the care of the children — looking after kids during a party is the role of the accompanying adults. Children 6 years and under should have an adult guest allocated to look after them. One adult can be responsible for more than one child (for example, a parent supervising their own three children, or a parent supervising their child plus a couple of friends). Children 6 and under should never be fully dropped off in large numbers. Recommended adult-to-child ratios: 6-year-olds and 5-year-olds: 1 adult to 6 children 4-year-olds: 1 adult to 4 children 3-year-olds: 1 adult to 3 children 2-year-olds: 1 adult to 2 children Children 7 years and older can be dropped off with the party parents present. For Little Wildlings parties (2 to 4 years), each child needs a familiar caregiver with them for the duration of the party.

Yes, as long as the children are close enough in age that one activity programme will work for everyone. A two-year age gap is a good guide. If the children's ages are too far apart and they need different programmes (for example, a Little Wildlings party for the 3-year-old and an Adventure Party for the 8-year-old), you'll need to book two separate parties.

Our wonderfully skilled and experienced educators plan your party programme on the day, based on your booking, your party profile (number of children, ages, weather conditions, the natural assets available) and the type of party you've chosen. Activities vary by package: Adventure Party Silver and Gold: party games, a physical challenge, a creative or sensory experience and a nature connection experience. You also choose ONE 'Your Choice' activity to personalise the party. Adventure Party Gold adds more premium experiences, take-home creations and a gift for the birthday child. Little Wildlings Party: movement and games, sensory activities, eco-crafts and nature connection — inspired by our Forest Cubs playgroup. Campfire Party: a tried, tested and immersive campfire experience where children make, manage and cook on the fire (not just watch). Older kids 8 years+ even chop firewood. All children toast marshmallows! Laser Tag Party: a 60-minute laser tag session in the jungle followed by campfire and marshmallow toasting. There's very little time for other outdoor play unless you add the 30-minute extra playtime add-on. Purely Nature Play Party: self-guided. No facilitated activities.

You can customise your Adventure Party with ONE 'Your Choice' activity (typically 20 to 30 minutes). Please select when purchasing your party package. Self-guided Nature Playtime is part of every party. We guarantee a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 75 minutes of facilitated activities. We're unable to offer more facilitation than this due to the other work required of our staff during the party. There's plenty for children to play with at Wildlings on a self-guided basis — water play, trampoline, Nature Kitchen, obstacle course, shelter building, ride-ons and wagons, pavement chalk, activity booklets, construction play and much more.

We don't provide catering for birthday parties as we don't have a kitchen or F&B licence on site. You're welcome to bring your own party food. We've found simple food works best — kids rarely eat much at parties and elaborate spreads can eat into play time. Many of our customers purchase pizzas from the adjacent Plank Pizza which is an easy option, the pizzas are great quality and popular with the children - we take no commission! Open flames and live cooking stations are not allowed due to the fire safety regulations in our tenancy agreements. If you'd like a vendor to provide more elaborate catering, please contact us first so we can approve and coordinate. Drinking water is provided. Please bring your own cups.

We don't have a cooler that would be large enough for most cakes, so we can't guarantee keeping a cake cold. We recommend bringing your cake in an esky or cool box with ice packs — parents have done this in the past and it works well. Cake boxes for taking leftover cake home are also a good idea, as children often don't want to stop playing to eat.

We usually provide Rocky Mountain marshmallows because they taste the best. These are not halal, not vegan and not vegetarian. If you have dietary restrictions to meet, we can source halal marshmallows on request — please let us know in advance. For vegan marshmallows, you're welcome to bring your own (Marks & Spencer stocks them). We don't supply vegan marshmallows ourselves because we can't always guarantee their availability.

Yes, adults are welcome to bring their own drinks. We're a child-focused environment, so we'd ask that drinks stay within your private party space rather than out around the wider venue, unless you've booked Dempsey exclusively.

We provide simple party decorations and our nature spaces require very little decoration — the natural setting does most of the work. You're welcome to bring some simple decorations of your own, but please remove them after your party. Not allowed: Latex balloons (not appropriate for outdoor use — too easy to pop) Balloons with confetti (cause plastic pollution that's very hard to clean up) Tape or nails on trees or structures — removable attachments only A small number of foil helium balloons is a nice addition. Elaborate decorations are better suited to bookings in the Community Hall at West Coast Park.

We are so sorry, but piñatas are not allowed. In the past, they have left behind small pieces of plastic confetti that pollute the environment for months, so we are no longer able to permit them.

External vendors are allowed at West Coast Park, and at Dempsey only if you've booked the venue exclusively. All vendors must be booked through Wildlings — we vet them, coordinate the logistics (power outlets, voltage requirements, set-up needs, pest considerations such as food crumbs at outdoor venues) and ensure they can operate safely at the venue. Wildlings takes a coordination fee on vendor bookings to cover this work. Let us know what you're planning when you book and we'll confirm whether the vendor can be accommodated.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own photographer or videographer at no extra cost. We encourage families to capture memories. Please note: photos or videos of our staff should not be taken without their consent.

Come ready to embrace the great outdoors! None of this is a rule and no child will ever be turned away for not wearing the 'right' thing. These are just our recommendations from years of running sessions in the tropics. What we'd suggest wearing: Long sleeves and long bottoms (loose and stretchy so they're easy to peel on and off) — handy for sun and insect protection Aqua shoes or trainers, plus a spare pair of plastic sandals to change into if needed For young children, trousers tucked into socks helps keep ants off ankles — especially handy in wet weather when ants are out in force Clothes that are happy to get dirty and stained A good idea to pack: A change of clothes, spare shoes and a towel Water bottle Hat Sunscreen and mosquito spray, applied at home before you arrive If your session includes a campfire (holiday camps, Forest School Club, and school visits with a campfire experience): Hair tied back Closed-toe shoes If your session includes water play (slip-n-slide, Swish Swimming, raft building, or just splashing about at Dempsey or West Coast): Rash vest, swim shorts, a long-sleeved and long-bottomed swimsuit, or a rash vest and leggings Normal shorts and t-shirt will do too — as long as you have a change of clothes, or don't mind drying in the sun!

Yes, all guests sign our Accompanied Waiver for parties because children at birthday parties remain in the care of the adults attending with them, not Wildlings staff. Our team is fully focused on running the games, activities and experiences — so accompanying adults look after the day-to-day bits: toilet runs, snacks, water bottles, belongings and any wobbles. This is what makes birthday parties feel relaxed for everyone. You can find the Accompanied Waiver here.

Please see our full terms and conditions. Once booked, parties may add on extra guests and activities, but pre-booked guests and activities are not refundable.

Cancellation — the package fee is forfeit if you cancel. Add-ons and extra guest fees may be refunded at our discretion. Rescheduling — requests at least 14 days in advance may be considered, subject to availability. Within 14 days, we're not able to reschedule. Booking mistakes — a 48-hour grace period applies.
