FAQ: Summer of Fun – Bubs & Cubs Packages & Flexible Booking

 

Q: What are the dates and timings?
A: Sessions run 1 July to 13 August, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at our Dempsey Nature Space. Both age groups follow the same schedule. 

 

Q: What age groups do you offer?

• Bubs: For children aged 12–24 months, walking confidently 

• Cubs: For children aged 24–48 months

Q: What’s included in each session?
Rich, nature-inspired activities like guided crafts, sensory water/mud play, mindfulness, music, movement, and storytelling – all in a sheltered outdoor space. Each session lasts 1.5 hours

Q: What kind of package options do I have?
Three flexible class packs are available for each group:

• 3-session pack

• 5-session pack

• 7-session pack (includes one free session)

Q: Can I book sessions individually?
No—sessions must be booked using one of the 3/5/7‑session packs purchased in advance .

Q: Are bookings flexible?
Yes! Book your preferred dates in advance, and use them in any order during the summer term. Attendance is flexible, but sessions must be booked ahead and used by 13 August .

Q: What if siblings want to join?
Great news! Packs may be shared between siblings registered in the same age group 

​

Q: Do I have to attend on both days?
Not at all. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions follow the same theme each week—choose whichever date suits you

Q: What happens if it rains?
We run in most weather conditions, thanks to sheltered spaces. Only in case of extreme weather will we contact you with rescheduling options.

Q: Is it drop-off or accompanied?
Each child must be accompanied by one caregiver to support a calm, nurturing environment
