About
Wildlings is a leading Forest School and outdoor education provider in Singapore, delivering nature-rich learning experiences for children aged 18 months to 11 years. We operate from dedicated outdoor spaces at Dempsey and West Coast Park, as well as partner locations across Singapore. Our work is hands-on, outdoors, and centred on meaningful delivery with children and families. We currently have two open full-time roles: Forest School Programme Coordinator & Outdoor Educator Schools Programme Coordinator & Outdoor Educator We also advertise other opportunities on our Careers Page wildlings.sg/careers How We Work Wildlings is, first and foremost, an outdoor education business. We are looking for teachers and educators, not administrators. While all roles include coordination, planning, and communication, delivery with children outdoors is central to every position. We are a small, growing organisation, which means our team members need to be comfortable wearing more than one hat. This will include delivering programmes across different age groups, supporting sessions in new or evolving locations, and balancing teaching with planning and coordination. The open roles are intended to help us grow into new programme areas, and we are looking for people who are proactive, adaptable, and excited to help shape that growth. Working Patterns and Flexibility Wildlings is open for bookings seven days a week, with demand fluctuating across the year depending on school terms, holidays, and events. As a result: * Manpower is deployed where the business needs it most * Full-time roles may be fulfilled across up to six days, often using shorter or half-day shifts, rather than a fixed five-day pattern * All full-time staff work at least one half-day and often one full day at weekends during term time, this is when we are busiest. * Working hours can include before-school, after-school, and weekend programmes Flexibility is an essential part of working at Wildlings. Who Thrives People who share a passion for outdoor education, a tolerance for change, and a willingness to step into new challenges. We value initiative, resilience, teamwork, and a readiness to try new approaches, locations, and ways of working as the organisation continues to grow. In return, Wildlings offers meaningful work, job security, professional trust, opportunities to grow alongside the business, and the chance to contribute to high-quality outdoor education in Singapore.
