This is a 13 week term. Start: 28 August to 9 October 2026 (7 weeks) Term break: 12 to 24 October 2026 (no sessions) Continue: 30 October to 4 December 2026 (6 weeks) NEW. Friday morning Forest School at West Coast Park. Drop your child off for a morning of outdoor adventure at our West Coast Park site, within the 1 acre City Sprouts Farm. This is a drop-off programme for children aged 3 to 5 years, run by our qualified Forest School team. Sprouts at WCP is full Forest School, following the same child-led approach that has made our Dempsey programmes successful for over eight years. Sessions are shaped by the children themselves, the environment, the seasons and what our experienced leaders observe in the group. Children explore, create, take on physical challenges and build genuine confidence through sustained outdoor play. West Coast Park offers a different landscape to Dempsey. Your child will explore the wider park, the City Sprouts Farm and our private nature space. The coastal environment, farm experiences and parkland bring variety and new discoveries each week. Please note that the collection point may vary depending on where the session's activities take place across the farm and park, and the space may not always be for the exclusive use of our Sprouts group. Opening soon next to our space is a wellness cafe and centre, a great spot to wait or relax during the session. What your child will experience: - Nature exploration, wildlife discovery and farm experiences across the park - Physical games and adventurous outdoor play - Nature arts and crafts with found and natural materials - Early introduction to tools and fire experiences - Water play, sensory exploration and growing - Exploration beyond our private space into West Coast Park Session structure: 8.30am arrival and free play > Welcome circle and warm-up game > Exploration time with guided activities > Child-led play and discovery > Closing circle and reflection > 11.00am collection (location may vary) This term families are invited to our end-of-term party and our annual Community Festival. In other terms we run family socials such as laser tag (Term 1) and raft building (Term 3). $59.50 per session, paid per term (excl. GST). Free trials available. Returning Forest School families receive a 10% loyalty discount. Sibling discount: 15% off a second, third or fourth child when one child is enrolled at full or loyalty rate.
