Gates open at 3.45pm, programme starts at 4.15pm to allow for arrival from school. The arrival exploration time allows children to satisfy their curiosity and play-urges then be fully ready for the session to commence at the allotted time. This is a 9 week term. Term 2 dates: 15 Apr to 17 Jun 2026 (9 weeks) No session on 27 May 2026 (Hari Raya Puasa) Sprouts is where Forest School gets real. This is the first drop-off programme at Wildlings, for children aged 3.5 to 4 years. Your child joins our Forest School community independently, building the confidence and social skills that come from navigating the outdoors without a parent nearby. It is a big step and they are ready for it. Run by qualified Level 3 Forest School Practitioners in our private 1.25 acre nature space at Dempsey, Sprouts is full Forest School. Sessions are not designed around a fixed theme. They are shaped by the children themselves, the environment, the seasons, cultural celebrations and what our experienced leaders observe in the group. Children also explore the wider Dempsey fields and green spaces surrounding Wildlings, extending their connection with the land beyond our private space. Forest School builds a community for learning. Your child develops real relationships with their peers and their leaders over time. This is not a one-off activity. It is an ongoing outdoor education programme where the value compounds week after week. What your child will experience: - Nature exploration, wildlife discovery and plant identification beyond our private space - Physical games and adventurous outdoor play - Nature arts and crafts with found and natural materials - Early introduction to tools and fire experiences - Water play, sensory exploration and gardening - Farm-to-table experiences and hands-on growing Session structure: Arrival and free play > Welcome circle and warm-up game > Exploration time with guided activities > Child-led play and discovery > Closing circle and reflection > Farewells This term families are invited to our end-of-term party and our annual Community Festival. In other terms we run family socials such as laser tag (Term 1) and raft building (Term 3). Returning Forest School families receive a 10% loyalty discount. Sibling discount: 15% off a second, third or fourth child when one child is enrolled at full or loyalty rate.
