Protecting Our Customer's Investment in Extraordinary Times

Updated: Apr 20, 2020

Communicable Diseases Policy

Wildlings has ceased operations and is complying with the government's requirements in its attempt to eliminate Covid-19 in Singapore.

Please refer to our Communicable Diseases Policy which sets out how we will provide our services which connect people with people and people with the energy and life force of our planet whilst also taking sensible precautions to prevent the spread of harmful diseases.

Our Actions

We do not know when we will be able to recommence but we are always optimistic.

We are improving our policies and procedures, designing fantastic new sessions for you and your children and working on our unique forest school site in Dempsey as much as we are able.

Our staff are taking this time to learn new skills and ensure that when we recommence after this pause we are a stronger forest school going forwards.

Our Promise to You

We aim to start our new term by June 2020 at the latest and complete the term by 1st August.

Any booked sessions that we can not deliver within this time-frame we will refund and start our new term afresh and on time in mid-August.

However, if it becomes clear that we can not commence our new term by Monday 1st June 2020 we will forfeit the term and offer all customers either a refund, or a transfer of their booking to their chosen programme in our next term starting in mid-August 2020.

If you are unable to attend any Forest School sessions that we run for you, our make-up session policy applies but we will be exercising extra flexibility whilst we all recover from Covid-19.

If you have been forced to leave the country, lost your job or faced other hardship due to Covid-19 please contact us and we can discuss an early refund. Other requests for refunds will be answered from the 1st June onwards.

Get Children Outdoors

Our new Forest School site at Dempsey will be available for drop-in nature play as soon as we are able to offer this after restrictions are eased. Children will need to get outdoors for freely chosen play as soon as possible to help them to counter the effects of the stay-at-home guidance.

We will set-up our site with engaging outdoor play experiences for you to enjoy. Our location has an onsite cafe and restaurant and all food and drinks can be bought into our space. Our customers can drop-in, enjoy nature, and take-away a meal and a drink to enjoy with and whilst their children play outdoors. We have hand washing, bathrooms onsite, customer parking and drinking water.

Talk to Us

If you have any questions or concerns, ideas for collaboration or weathering the storm please do get in contact.

We seek your ongoing support and faith in Forest Schools to help Wildlings to continue and to be there when Covid-19 passes.

See you in the Forest
