International Literacy Day @Nature Play, 7th and 8th September Experience the harmonious blend of nature playtime and the joy of reading as we celebrate International Literacy Day at Nature Playtime with you on the 7th and 8th of September. Discover the connection between the world of words and the ethos of Forest School, nurturing holistic growth and lifelong learning. The objectives of International Literacy Day and Forest Schools come together as we seek to raise literacy awareness, education, and create a more sustainable future. During our special Nature Playtime session your child can: - Craft their own Harry Potter-style wand from natural materials - Join our Secondhand Book Swap – bring in books from home and take away something new - Embark on a Letter Hunt Unjumble Puzzle and trade the correct answer for a treat - Spend time in our cosey library corner, play literacy themed games and enter to win one of our favorite nature-themed book prizes And, of course, indulge in our all our other Nature Playtime Fun! Tickets are priced at $24 per child, including one adult. Tickets can be purchased individually or as part of a Nature Playtime package. Remember, Nature Playtime, including special themed sessions, offers a unique opportunity for exploration and creativity through self-guided adventures.
