A week of outdoor challenge, practical skills and hands-on adventure for 7 to 11 year olds at West Coast Park. 9:00am to 12:30pm daily, Monday to Friday, 19th to 23rd October. Drop-off from 8:45am. With the Camp Extension the day runs 8:45am to 3:00pm. Camp takes place across our private Wildlings nature campus and the wider West Coast Park. This is hands-on outdoor education. What to expect: - Bushcraft, shelter building and survival skills - Campfire cooking and outdoor food experiences - Tool use: whittling, sawing, building - Team missions, geocaching and the Amazing Race - Environmental science and nature projects - An archery session at Salt & Light Archery, a five-minute walk from our West Coast Park site - Physical challenges and adventure games Forest School trained, paediatric first aid certified, Child Safeguarding certified. Camp Extension at Dempsey (12:30-3:00pm) Add the Camp Extension and your child's day runs 8:45am to 3:00pm. The afternoon takes place at our Dempsey site, with a different themed workshop each day. Younger children enjoy play-based activities while older kids take on more hands-on challenges. After morning camp at West Coast Park, children travel to Dempsey by minibus (about 20 minutes). Pick-up at 3:00pm is from Dempsey, not West Coast Park. How to book: Select the Camp Extension add-on at checkout. Full week $317.25 (save 10%) or single days $70.50, including bus transport from West Coast Park to Dempsey. Extensions can also be added later through our online shop at the standard daily rate. What to bring: A packed lunch and, if you wish, a booster seat or Ride Safer vest for the transport. Bring a water bottle, snack, sun hat, covered shoes and a change of clothes.
